Well, I don't have much experience with the Atari consoles before the Jaguar.
We did have a 2600, but I was much too young to remember it.

Anyway, a few of my favorite Atari console games are:

Jaguar -

Alien Vs Predator
Tempest 2000
Phase Zero

Since belboz mentioned Cybermorph, I'm in contact with one of the original coders for the game
One of these days I want to try and get enough information and questions to do sort of an interview for JS2.

I never had the 2600 until during the NES days.

Atari 2600: Yars Revenge, Space Invaders, Enduro, Warlords, Asteroids, Tunnel Runner, Phoenix, Dodge Em, Circus Atari, Star Raiders

Atari 5200: Moon Patrol, Space Invaders, Star Raiders, Countermeasure, Qix, Joust, Super Breakout

Atari 7800: Asteroids, Tower Toppler, Pole Position II, Food Fight

Atari Lynx: Joust, A.P.B., California Games

Atari Jaguar: Baldies (CD), Tempest 2000, Missile Command 2000, Raiden, Iron Soldier, Cybermorph, I-War.

I still have my 7800, Lynx and fixing to get another Jaguar. My 5200 died years ago and my ex took off with my 2600 collection. I came here in hopes of learning how to program the Jaguar.
